• "Load Post" means a transportation requirement submitted by a customer through the platform.
• "Find Truck" means the platform feature used to search for available trucks or transportation providers.
• "Booking" means a confirmed transportation arrangement between the relevant parties.

3. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information while registering or using the platform.

• You must provide your correct name and contact details.
• Business information must be accurate where applicable.
• Users must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential.

4. Load Post

Customers may use the Load Post feature to submit transportation requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information including:

• Pickup location
• Delivery location
• Material or cargo description
• Weight and quantity
• Required truck type
• Loading date
• Expected delivery requirements
• Special handling requirements

5. Find Truck

The Find Truck feature allows customers to search for trucks or transportation providers based on information available on the platform.

Vehicle availability, pricing, location, capacity and other information may change at any time. Displayed information should be verified by the customer before confirming a booking.

Vraths Logistics does not guarantee that every listed truck will remain available until the booking is confirmed.

6. Transporter Responsibilities

Transporters using Vraths Logistics are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles and services comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• Maintain valid vehicle registration.
• Maintain required permits and authorizations.
• Maintain applicable insurance.
• Ensure the driver is properly licensed.
• Provide accurate vehicle information.
• Ensure the vehicle is suitable for the declared load.
• Follow applicable transportation and road safety laws.
• Provide accurate freight and availability information.

7. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required confirmation process has been completed through the platform or directly between the relevant parties, as applicable.

A request, enquiry, quotation or conversation does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking.

Users should verify the agreed route, freight amount, vehicle, loading date, unloading location and other booking conditions before dispatch.

8. Freight Charges and Payments

Freight charges may be agreed between the customer and transporter or displayed through the platform.

Where online payment facilities are provided, payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

• Payment information must be accurate.
• Users must not use unauthorized payment methods.
• Additional charges may apply where mutually agreed.
• Taxes or statutory charges may apply where applicable.

Vraths Logistics may not be responsible for payment disputes arising from transactions conducted directly between users, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

9. Cancellation

Customers and transporters should communicate cancellation as early as possible.

Cancellation charges, if applicable, may depend on the booking terms agreed between the parties and any applicable platform policy.

If a booking has already commenced, cancellation or refund conditions may differ depending on the circumstances.

10. Cargo and Goods

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the cargo is properly packed, declared and legally permitted for transport.

Customers must disclose material information that could affect safe transportation, including special handling requirements where applicable.

11. Documents and Compliance

Customers and transporters are responsible for maintaining and providing documents required for their transportation activity.

Depending on the shipment, documents may include:

• Invoices
• E-way bills
• Transport documents
• Vehicle documents
• Permits
• Insurance documents
• Other documents required by applicable law

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Create an account using another person's identity.
• Post fraudulent loads or vehicle listings.
• Attempt to manipulate bookings or quotations.
• Use the platform for illegal activities.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the platform.

13. User-Provided Information

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit to Vraths Logistics.

Vraths Logistics may rely on information supplied by customers, transporters and other users when displaying loads, vehicles, quotations or booking information.

We may remove or restrict information that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

14. Vehicle and Driver Verification

Where verification services are provided, Vraths Logistics may verify certain information submitted by transporters or drivers.

Verification does not constitute a guarantee of the future performance, conduct, financial condition or service quality of any transporter or driver.

Customers should independently verify important information before handing over valuable goods.

15. Loss, Damage and Delay

Transportation may involve risks including traffic conditions, vehicle breakdown, weather, road restrictions, accidents, loading or unloading delays and other unforeseen events.

Responsibility for cargo loss, damage or delay may depend on the applicable agreement between the customer and transporter, applicable insurance and applicable law.

Users should maintain appropriate insurance and documentation for valuable or high-risk cargo.

16. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, mapping services, communication services, hosting providers and other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Vraths Logistics is not responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party services.

17. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and functional; however, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, network failures, security incidents, third-party service failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

18. Intellectual Property

The Vraths Logistics name, logo, website design, software, content, graphics and other platform materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit platform content without appropriate authorization.

19. Account Suspension or Termination

Vraths Logistics shall not be responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied by users, unauthorized conduct of users, third-party services, transportation incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

21. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vraths Logistics, its owners, employees and service providers from claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from their violation of these Terms & Conditions, unlawful activities, fraudulent information or misuse of the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
